U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method. Please allow extra days during promotional periods due to higher order volume.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm EST, excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends, and Saturday delivery is not available.

VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING

When placing your order, make sure to use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. If the information doesn’t match what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending further verification. We may reach out to you directly. When specifying the shipping address, ensure that the zip code is correct to avoid delivery issues. If our records don’t match your information, we may need to contact you to update the details, potentially delaying your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12pm noon EST will be shipped within 1-3 business days via DHL Express. We offer Free International Shipping on orders over $300 USD.

Please note: All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

YOUR ORDER RETURN RIGHTS

You may return or exchange your unworn product within 14 days of delivery. All items returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

We will refund the full purchase price of the product, minus any associated costs, once we confirm that the product's appearance, properties, and factory labels remain intact.

The delivery costs paid during the order placement are non-refundable if the product is returned.

NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

- Tights, leggings, socks, stockings, underwear, bodysuits, bras, and swimwear.
- We do not accept returns on discounted items or items made to individual measurements.

To exercise your return or exchange rights, you must inform us within the specified period.

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable

We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged for this reimbursement, except for shipping costs.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

You are responsible for covering the cost and risk of returning the products to us. We cannot be held liable for products that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. A refund cannot be issued until the returned products have been received.
