Returns Policy

Send an email to hello@soleilandlemons.com specifying the problem / refund you want to proceed with

• We gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment with refund or store credit. Items must be unwashed, worn and with original tags.
•  We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt, but we are happy to make a voucher for the value of the order valid for six months . Handling shipping for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
